Our Story

Our sourdough stand is a home-built farmstand that serves as both a pickup spot for pre-orders and a self-serve stand when extra items are available. What started as a small idea (and a lot of late nights baking) turned into something real when the stand officially opened on July 4th, right after it was finished being built. From day one, the goal has been simple: make really good sourdough (and other baked goods with minimal/quality ingredients) and share it with our community in a way that feels personal, easy, and honest.

Since opening, the growth has been nothing short of incredible. What began as a small neighborhood stand has quickly turned into a busy pickup hub with an amazing group of regulars and new faces every week. Everything is made with care, using simple ingredients and long fermentation for flavor, texture, and digestibility. Whether you’re picking up a preorder or grabbing something from the stand when it’s stocked, we’re so grateful you’re here and choosing to support this little sourdough dream that somehow grew way faster than we ever imagined.
