All of our bread is made to order and available by preorder. We love preorders because it lets us plan our baking schedule, keep waste low, and make sure everything you receive is as fresh as possible. Ordering is done online at www.hotplate.com/justkneady.

The menu goes live every Sunday. The easiest way to make sure you don’t miss a drop is to sign up for text alerts and you’ll get a notification as soon as ordering opens. Pickup days are Wednesday and Friday, and all orders are prepared specifically for those pickup times.

Sourdough is a slow process and simply can’t be rushed. From mixing to fermentation to baking, each batch takes time to develop the flavor and texture we’re known for. Because of this, orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance, and we aren’t able to accommodate same-day or last-minute orders. This lead time allows us to properly ferment the dough and bake everything fresh for your pickup.

Each item is made in small batches and in limited quantities. If there’s something specific you’re hoping to get, we recommend ordering early, as items can and do sell out.
